Our rates start at $400, depending on the size, age, and location of the home. Every inspection includes a full digital report with photos and recommendations — delivered within 24 hours.
What does a Basic Home Inspection Include?
Our standard inspection meets the Arkansas Home Inspector Board requirements and follows ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice. We inspect the structure, roof, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more — everything from the crawlspace to the attic.
Do you inspect sewer lines?
Yes. We offer a Sewer Line Scan for:

Do you offer chimney inspections?
Yes, Our Level II Chimney Flue Inspection uses a camera to inspect the chimney interior for cracks, blockages, or fire hazards.
